Laura Naudeix, student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, is lecturer in performing arts at the Rennes 2 University, and specialist of the musical theatre of the XVIIth and XVIIIth centuries. Her research is dedicated to the dramaturgy of the French Opera, poetics of ballet, history of aesthetics and performing techniques.
She has published Dramaturgie de la tragédie en musique (1673-1764) (Champion, 2004), an edition of the Première Querelle de la musique italienne (1702-1706) (Classiques Garnier, 2018), three comédies-ballets of Molière in collaboration with Anne Piéjus (Œuvres complètes dir. by G. Forestier et Cl. Bourqui, Gallimard, Pléiade, 2010), co-directed the collective book La Fabrique des paroles de musique à l’âge classique with Anne-Madeleine Goulet (Mardaga, 2010), and directed Molière à la cour, Les Amants magnifiques en 1670 (Presses Universitaires de Rennes, 2020). She contributed to the project La Fabrique du spectacle, directed by Sophie Lucet, around the representation of Rossini’s Cenerentola at the Opéra de Rennes (2015-16).
